HOW TO ORDER SUPPLEMENTS

For current patients:

Please call for refill orders at least four business days before you will run out of your supplements, allowing us enough time to reorder in case we are out of stock.

Patients can pick up their order directly from our clinic, or have them mailed for an additional shipping and handling charge.
